Hi! I’m Tristi, and I’m so happy you are here. I provide online individual therapy for adults and enjoy working with clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, grief, self-worth, perfectionism, and those looking for self-growth.
As a therapist, I believe that you aren’t broken—you are whole, with the ability to heal, grow, and rediscover yourself. My humanistic approach is rooted in the belief that every person has inherent worth and potential, no matter the challenges they face.
My work is trauma-responsive, and I am trained in several treatment modalities including, but not limited to EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ego state therapy, coherence therapy, somatic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and CBT. I’ve experienced each of these myself and know how vulnerable it can feel. I also know how transformational it can be to feel safe, seen, and understood.

Meet the Team
Stella
Stella is a somewhat trained mini dachshund who is short on legs and long in body. She likes to occasionally pop into sessions to offer her support and encouragement. Sometimes she brings her squeaky ball, so we deal with that, but she’s a pretty reliable source of positive feelings.
LuLu
Lulu aims to be just like her sister. She frequents sessions and periodically offers her “two cents” (usually without being asked). She is the self-appointed neighborhood watch, so we will be safe from any outside threats like leaves or squirrels. We go with it and hope for the best!
